Humbiego
Humbiego is a rock-oriented project out of Southern California helmed by Lawrence, a native of Northern California.
Lawrence got his first guitar when he was 13 years old; formed a band in high school; recorded an album; got played on the radio; and then, once college came, pulled his guitar out only at parties or to woo his amazing (now) wife with a song.
With the birth of his daughter, Lawrence picked the guitar up again in earnest, and through the joy of sharing music he loved with his daughter (who has her own meticulously-curated playlist), Lawrence reignited his love of making music.
As his mid-life crisis crept in, he bought a recording booth for the garage (which he also uses for his day-job as a professor), his dream guitar (the Kurt Cobain-designed Jag-Stang), a load of music-making software, and began his present musical journey.
